NO-BAKE OATMEAL BARS
For The Bars
1 c. oats
1 c. unsweetened coconut{shredded}
1\4 c. almond meal
3\4 c. creamy peanut butter
1\2 c. honey
1\4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
In a small bowl mix together oats, coconut and almond meal. Set aside. In a large, microwave safe bowl or in a pot on the stove, gently melt the peanut butter and honey together until smooth{if your peanut butter is liquid at room temperature, simply mix the honey and peanut butter and honey without warming}.Add vanilla and salt{to taste}and stir until combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix as well. Spread into an 8x8 pan and set aside.
For The Chocolate Topping
1\4 c. chocolate chips
1 Tbs. peanut butter
Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together on the stove top or in the microwave{start by heating for 60 seconds. stir then heat in 30 second increments until smooth.}
Putting It Together
Drizzle or spread melted chocolate\peanut butter over bars. Let the bars setup on the counter or in the fridge until the chocolate sets.cut and serve at room temperature or cold. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
3\4 c. baking cocoa
1\2 tsp. baking soda
2\3 c. butter, melted and divided
1\2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1\3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1\4 tsp. salt
1\2 c. chopped pecans
11 1\2 oz pkg chocolate chunks
In a large bowl, combine cocoa, baking soda;blend in 1\3 cup of melted butter. Add boiling water and stir until well blended. Mix in sugar, eggs and remaining butter; blend into flour, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecans and chocolate chunks. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
OATMEAL CHIP COOKIES
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1\2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. chocolate chips
3\4 c. coconut
In a dough mixer or large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy, add the eggs one at a time, beating well after addition. Add the vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stir well.Add oatmeal, coconut and chocolate chips, mix well. Drop by tablespoons onto parchment paper lined baking sheets and at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.

NEW YORK DELIGHTS
1 c. butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 1\2 c. sugar
2 c. coconut
48 large marshmallows
2 c. graham wafer crumbs
crushed cornflakes
Cook first four ingredients about 1\2 minute. take off heat and stir in marshmallows until dissolved. Add graham wafer crumbs. Stir and put in pan. Freeze. Cut into bars and roll in crushed corn flakes. Keep frozen.
FUDGY OAT FLOUR BROWNIES
9 oz dark choc. chips
1\2 c. unsalted butter
3\4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3\4 c. oat flour
1\4 c. cocoa
1\2 tsp. sea salt
Melt 6 oz choc. chips in microwave or double boiler. Set aside to cook, Ad the melted butter and sugar and beat until combined. Add eggs one at a time and beat until mixture is a pale yellow, add vanilla and melted choc. mix. Whisk together oat flour, cocoa and salt, and add it to the batter and mix until combined. stir in remaining choc. chips and pour into a pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
BUNS
8 c. warm water
1 c. lard
1\2 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. white sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. yeast
flour{to texture}
Mix together the water, sugar, salt, lard, and margarine. Sprinkle yeast over wet ingredients, mix and let stand for 5 minuets. Add flour and knead until you have soft dough. Knead well and let rise until doubled. Knead and let rise again for 40-45 minuets.
Make into buns and let rise for about 2 hours. Bake at 375-400 farenhight until golden brown.
